Recipient of the 2013 and 2014 "Best Realtor in Scottsdale" Award

Virginia was named “Best Realtor in Scottsdale" for 2011, 2013 and now, also, for 2014. Sponsored by Arizona Foothills Magazine and its partner AZFoothills.com, a voting process is held each year to determine the Valley’s favorite and most well-respected individuals, professionals and businesses.

Her success in obtaining this honor is attributed to her clients and the wonderful relationships she has with them.

Clients are priority

For Virginia, there is a personal side to real estate. Aside from ranking high nationally in sales, she believes the business is not about being “number one” but about providing clients with the best possible service and support.

"Servicing my clients to satisfy their wants and needs is first and foremost," says Virginia, "and listening to them is the only way you will find out how best to do that."

Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate in the neighborhoods of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley for over twenty years, Virginia is dedicated to working closely with her clients to ensure they are aware of current, critical real estate market data. She feels this is of the utmost importance so her buyers and sellers can make well-informed decisions and ultimately reach their real estate goals.

Virginia maintains her knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends. She is dedicated to keeping herself and her clients abreast of the latest news, developments and forecasts in the real estate industry. This, combined with an impeccable level of service and commitment to her clients, is what defines Virginia's "Client First Approach."

In keeping with Virginia's commitment to providing her clients with the highest level of service, Virginia has built a team to provide her clients added service in every aspect of the selling and purchasing process. Virginia is always available to her clients, personally, but she has hand selected some outstanding agents to help her with the details. She has Mariana Lozovanu to assist with her Sellers, David Leavitt to assist with her Buyers and April Noble to handle the details in closing an escrow. This support is to ensure there is no detail forgotten and no client left unattended. Click under the Team tab to learn more about each member.

As a consistent top producer for Coldwell Banker, Virginia ranks in the top 3% in the company internationally and in the Top 5 for Arizona 2013, 2014. Virginia extends this seasoned and accomplished experience to all of her clients so they may experience a seamless real estate transaction that accomplishes their goals.

Virginia Comes From Solid Values that Ensure Her Integrity and Professionalism.

Born in Arizona as a second generation Chinese, Virginia was raised in a traditional way where hard work and education were emphasized. An early appreciation of these values became the foundation for her career to grow upon. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Arizona State University, she chose to move to California to expand her sales experience and knowledge working several years in international sales. She became interested in real estate and decided to apply her sales experience to selling luxury homes in Santa Monica and Brentwood, CA learning only from top professionals. Loving Arizona, Virginia made the decision to come back to her roots in Scottsdale in the early 1990s and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Virginia practices "sound mind and sound body." Education and keeping with the constant changes and developments in the real estate industry is a priority for Virginia. Obtaining the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification is one of the recent commitments she has made to retooling for current times. She makes time to keep herself fit working with a trainer and running occasional half marathons, knowing that helps her to perform at her peak when working with clients.

This quote by Albert Einstein defines Virginia's work:

“ Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.”

Her mission is to provide consistently the highest level of service, integrity and professionalism for her clients and to be a true leader both in the community and the Arizona real estate industry.
